Call for Nominations for the 2018 Organometallics Distinguished Author Award

Organometallics, the ACS Division of Organic Chemistry (DOC), and the ACS Division of Inorganic Chemistry (DIC) are pleased to solicit nominations for the 2018 Organometallics Distinguished Author Award. This annual award recognizes the author of exceptional articles published in Organometallics in 2016 and 2017. The articles chosen should emphasize the importance of organometallic chemistry and have a profound impact in inorganic and organic chemistry, as a whole. Make your nomination today! Nominations must be received by January 15, 2018 .The recipient of the 2018 Award will be given a $3,000 honorarium, an award plaque, and travel expense reimbursement up to $1,500 to attend the 2018 Fall ACS National Meeting and present at the award symposium in their honor.

Together with The Journal of Organic Chemistry, the ACS Division of Organic Chemistry (DOC) is pleased to solicit nominations for the 2018 Outstanding Publication of the Year Award Lectureship. This annual Lectureship is awarded for an outstanding article published in JOC in 2017 – either in an issue or ASAP – that demonstrates creativity and impact in the field of organic chemistry, broadly based. Special consideration will be given to the originality and impact of the article. Make your nomination today! Nominations must be received by January 15, 2018. The recipient of the 2018 Award will be given a $3,000 honorarium, an award plaque, and travel expense reimbursement up to $1,500 to present at the 2018 Fall ACS National Meeting.
