Professor Moore is the University of Illinois Stanley O. Ikenberry Endowed Chair, Professor of Chemistry and Howard Hughes Medical Institute Professor. Additionally, he was recently named Royal Society of Chemistry Stephanie L. Kwolek Award winner for 2018. The research he presented at the 2017 NOS on Rapid energy-efficient manufacturing of polymers and composites via frontal polymerization was just published (on May 9th, 2018) in Nature 2018, 557, 223–227.
