We are now able to release the video of the lecture by Dr. Cristina Nevado (University of Zürich) which was given at the 2019 National Organic Chemistry Symposium (NOS). The title of her talk is “Solving Mechanistic puzzles in Metal-catalyzed Reactions” Note: in 2020, the Organic Division’s Executive Committee is releasing all the video content on our website free to the public in response to COVID (typically, only Organic Division Members can view the content). To view any of the NOS videos, see the NOS 2019 Videos’ page.

This video makes up 12 of the 18 that will be released from the 46th NOS in Indiana University, Bloomington (June 2019). Note, there were 22 talks along with poster sessions, as well as other information sessions. So, you had to be there to fully experience the meeting and see all the great chemistry.

The next NOS is scheduled for June 27–July 1, 2021 at the University of California, San Diego. The names of 17 of the 20 speakers have already been released. Posters are now being accepted for the upcoming event. For more details, see https://nationalorganicsymposium.org

The National Organic Symposium is the premier event sponsored by the ACS Division of Organic Chemistry to highlight recent advances in organic chemistry. See the history of NOS.
